There is a celebration of International IVF day on 25th of July — World ART Day. On this day in 1978, the world's first child conceived through in vitro fertilization (IVF) was born. She was a British person, Louise Brown. Today, the number of children born using ART methods has already exceeded 5 million. But just a few decades ago it was a real medical miracle, which opened a new stage in the treatment of infertility and gave hope to thousands of people who faced this problem.
